Meaghan is passionate about real estate and appreciates the trust her clients place in

her.  Her passion for details and creative problem-solving helps her guide clients

through what can be a stressful and sometimes fast-paced process without letting

anything fall through the cracks.

Growing up in the Midwest and driven by her passion for arts and business, she

graduated from St. Louis University with a BS in business, a marketing major and studio

art minor. Meaghan moved to Washington, D.C. after college, gaining experience as an

analyst for companies with retail and hotel portfolios. Inspired by trips to Colorado with

family and friends, she moved to Colorado in 2012 where she gained contracts

experience while working for a real estate firm that acquired and managed retail, office

and industrial spaces. She also worked as a licensed broker for a commercial

brokerage in Denver, learning a great deal about multi-family properties, 1031

exchanges and helping clients achieve their investment goals. Meaghan took a creative

turn to do marketing & graphic design for a development firm before stepping away from

the office to fulfill a longtime passion to cook in several local restaurants. Grateful for

the opportunities, her interest in real estate proved to be her true passion, and she

began her residential real estate path with the desire to help people navigate a

competitive market by learning more about affordable housing programs, down payment

assistance grants, FHA and VA loan options.

She currently resides in Salida and spends her spare time running and biking on trails

or camping in the mountains. She chose First Colorado Land Office because of its high

degree of integrity and the values and experience that set a high standard in Chaffee

County. Meaghan knows that every client is unique and wants to hear your story so she
