Allow me to open with... I'm not new to the realtor/client experience. That being said... What can I say about my experience with this Dynamic Duo!  They are incredible!

At first I wasn't sure how it would be to work with two agents on the same property. What a fantastic concept and after just a few interactions I thought... this is how it should be! These two have it down. And it's not a matter of one having strengths where the other lacks. Hillary and Taylor are a tag team duo phenom. Let's give context to the scenario. My Gf and I were on a CO road trip in late July and one of the many towns we stayed was Buena Vista. After a day of white water rafting, we had relaxed and thought to stretch our now very sunburned legs. LOL We took the doggos for a walk and realized at how amazing the 360 views were on the block of the ABNB we were staying. We immediately opened Zillow and looked around for something in a reasonable price range. Viola! 3 blocks away we found a property with a new dwelling on it. We set it for the next day, our last day in Buena Vista. We also tacked on a few other unofficial stops for comparison and range in town. Hillary and Taylor were like... "of course!" So we checked them all out, had some great conversations and hit it off from the get go.I honestly thought it was going to be just one of them that followed up but I was wrong. They were in synch, and when one was working on logistics, the other was communicating with me, and vice versa. It was Seamless!!! And a true pleasure to know that I was not just handed off with no knowledge of what had transpired from one to the other. They are a true team!Professional, funny, courteous. I honestly don't know where they get the energy. They are so invested in the process, and want all parties to be satisfied. I don't think I went longer than 30 minutes  before I received responses to my text messages and when it was crunch time that response time was in minutes and or a request to see if I was available to talk.They are both super knowledgeable, resourceful, and go above and beyond to make sure it goes 100% to plan. I had a Septic that was not up to code. What did Taylor do...? He found the components that I needed to get it to code weeks before the closing. Anything to ensure I was confident in the transaction. This experience was transformational, and I feel sorry for any other agent I work with in the future cause Hillary and Taylor set the bar HIGH!!! (If I have a chance to loop them in I will)If you are fortunate enough to work with these two I know you will not be anything short of being blown away by their work ethic and rapport.5 Stars across the board! First Colorado Land Office is lucky to have found these two. Amazing job from start to finish. Truly a transformational experience. Props to the Title Company as well. Julie did a fantastic job navigating me through the sale of an estate home that was out of state from where I lived.  She provided me with all kinds of helpful real estate data on this particular area which helped me make an informed decision to hire Julie.  She stayed in communication with me, supported me when I respectfully declined several offer contracts and made the closing activities and responsibilities very manageable for me.  Julie is friendly, has a cheerful attitude, has excellent communication skills and is extremely knowledgeable in real estate!  I would definitely hire Julie again!

Julie is the best realtor my husband and I have ever had!  She’s very knowledgeable, experienced, considerate and flexible.  Also she’s hard working, productive, successful and always available when you need her so we’d certainly use her again for our realtor.

We have dreamed of moving to Buena Vista since the first time we visited the area. One day I decided to call First Colorado Land Office and thank the stars Cathy Harbick answered the phone. We had a limited budget so we assumed we would end up in a lower end home, that was not the case. Cathy worked tooth and nail to make sure we got a home that we could afford and would keep increasing in value. We could not be happier. My wife got her dream home, I got the land I wanted, and my kids now have an amazing backyard, all within a quick drive to town. I can honestly say, without Cathy, this would not have been possible. Because of her our dream is now a reality. Cathy is a terrific realtor and an even better person.

We just bought our first property – a piece of land – and we cannot recommend Lynette Neesen highly enough. She was clear, specific, and personable helping us navigate negotiations and paperwork for the first time. She was very available, both in person and remotely. She not only explained various processes to us, but we felt she truly advocated on our behalf when issues arose. For instance, she put us in touch with the seller and with various town entities as we figured out how to deal with an old legal document that was discovered that claimed a right of way through our land. We’re so grateful we had Lynette on our team.

Julie (Kersting) has managed the sale of several of my properties in the past year. Each of them were unique and quite complicated. She put in far more time and personal energy into these sales than I could have expected from any real estate professional. In one case, she gave the encouragement to keep a complex sale alive when I thought it could no longer happen. In another, she had a buyer lined up before I even had the property ready for a listing. As important as all that is, I give her even higher marks for her caring demeanor and complete integrity. You always know that she cares about both buyer and seller and that nothing will be done that is not managed with absolute integrity.

David (Trenkle) was great. He helped us find a great home/property and then went out of his way to make the transaction happen. He went above and beyond in helping find contractors to help us in doing some of the things we needed to do following the purchase. We would recommend David to anyone looking for real estate in the Buena Vista area.
