Experienced, smart and hard working, Nancy Hollen is a full-time Realtor who has been with First Colorado Land Office since 1998. She is detail-oriented, energetic and efficient with a warm, personal touch. She believes that timely, honest, and informative communication is key to making the buying and selling process go smoothly. For over thirty years, Nancy and her husband, George Hollen, ran D Bar K Construction, Inc. with George, the General Contractor and also one of the carpenters on the jobs, and Nancy doing pretty much everything else: dealing with financial institutions, architects and sub-contractors and helping buyers turn visions and dreams into reality. Nancy and George have lived in Colorado since 1979 and have strong family ties, living next door to one of their daughters and her family on a 132 acre ranch outside of Salida. They raise some cows, have horses and enjoy the valley life, including riding ATVs, being active in their church and, as Nancy says, “looking for the next adventure.”

Nancy is whole-heartedly dedicated to her profession, her community, and her clients. She has served on the Chaffee County Board of Realtors for 15 years (twice as President); was a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors Grievance Committee; former District Vice President for the State Association of Realtors, and Chaffee Country Board of Realtors “Realtor of the Year” in 2007.

She has the following real estate designations in addition to her license: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Accredited Buyers Representative.
